What can Arvia's personal assistant actually do?
Arvia can search your Gmail inbox, summarise email threads, flag urgent messages, check your Google Calendar, find files in your Google Drive, search the web for current information, draft documents and emails, answer complex multi-step questions, run background tasks while you're away, and learn from documents you upload. It also builds context across sessions so it gets more useful over time. If you can ask it, it can work on it.
What accounts and tools can I connect?
You can connect your Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), your Notion workspace, and any MCP-compatible platform. None of these are required — Arvia works from day one with just web search. But connecting your tools unlocks significantly more capability: Arvia can read your inbox, check your schedule, find files, search Notion pages, and take action across your connected platforms.
Does Arvia have permanent access to my emails and files?
You control access completely. Connect or disconnect Google, Notion, or any other integration at any time from your workspace settings. Arvia only accesses your data when you explicitly ask it to in a conversation.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT or Gemini?
ChatGPT and Gemini are general-purpose chatbots. Arvia is a personal assistant built around your workflow: it's connected to your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Notion; searches the web for current information rather than answering from stale training data; remembers context between sessions; learns from documents you upload; can run tasks in the background on a schedule; lets you build custom agents for specific roles; and connects to other platforms via the open MCP standard. It gets more useful the longer you use it — a generic chatbot doesn't.
What is a credit?
Credits are Arvia's usage currency. An assistant message costs 1 credit. Web searches and tool calls (like reading an email or checking your calendar) each cost 1 additional credit. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance — see pricing above for details.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your workspace is completely isolated — your data, conversations, and connected accounts are never shared with other users or organisations. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your workspace settings and you won't be charged again. Your data remains available until the end of your billing period.
Does Arvia remember things between conversations?
Yes. Arvia maintains context across sessions — building an understanding of your preferences, work style, and ongoing projects over time. The more you use it, the more it knows about how you like things done. You won't have to re-explain your context every time you start a new conversation.
Can I build my own custom agent?
Yes. The custom agent builder lets you create an AI agent tailored to a specific role — without writing any code. Define its name, role, expertise, tone, and working instructions in plain English. Your custom agent remembers context across sessions, has access to tools (web search, your connected integrations, MCP platforms), and behaves exactly as you configure it.
Can I connect Arvia to other platforms I use?
Yes. Arvia is built on the open MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard, which makes it extensible to virtually any compatible platform — project management tools, CRMs, databases, and internal systems. New connectors are added regularly. If you're technical, you can also build your own MCP connector to integrate Arvia with custom tools.
